The Budget

Once there was a boy named JDPHT.net he had a vision of becoming something greater than who he was. Isn’t that a dream we all have from time to time again and again?

Well, if not keep on reading because you never know you might just find the answer you are looking for.

Do you believe in new beginnings?

If yes that’s great but if no still stick around because you are going to want to read this blog post.

Imagine that you are floating down a river nothing but the clothes on your back you are wearing.

Then you find yourself in a life-or-death situation. Hopping for the best outcome what do you do?

Well, practically you would move away from the situation and bring yourself to safety.

Is that not what a smart person would do, if yes then you are correct because only a pro versus an amateur would do something like that.

In the creative world, we are confronted with other challenges and difficulties. So, we need a plan of attack. So, what is it going to be?

First, you would make a goal to be reached within a year. Say for instance you want to make 6 figures by the end of the year.

So, what do you do well first you work backward and write out how you are going to get to that goal of having six figures by the end of the year.

Next, you must be living and working on two different budgets.

There is no point in guessing when it comes to budgeting. You must get it right by the cent.

With experience comes wisdom.

So as someone with a little bit of experience. I have always allowed more room for the budget if necessary so that everything is not tight but flows smoothly and doesn’t crash. Because I think that is the best way to approach any sort of budgeting scheme it's always better to be safe than sorry.
